The Concept:

Situated on a 70 foot cliff above the pristine Caribbean Sea, 65 miles from Kingston and two hours by car, is the seven (7) acre site of Seacliff Village Resort and Spa.

Only minutes from world renowned Errol Flynn Marina, Reach Falls, Rafting on the Rio Grande, Blue Lagoon and other glorious attractions that the Parish of Portland offers, but secluded far from the madding crowd.

Rest, rejuvenation and relaxation characterize the ambiance of the development.

All the necessary approvals have been met for Seacliff Village to be developed as a “green” resort. Reinforced concrete clad with log siding will be the building component, engineered to withstand severe hurricane winds. Electricity will be supplied by Solar and wind generation. Two tennis courts, a squash court, a basketball court and a large infinity edge swimming pool are planned for recreational use.

Construction has begun with the erection of one (1) of seven (7) gorgeous log villas and forty (40) 528 square feet super studios.

All super studio units will be equipped with kitchenettes, fully furnished, and affordably priced at US$133,500.00.   The villas are all equipped with Jacuzzi tubs, hard wood floors, a splash pool and many other amenities. Prices start at US$570,000.00.

Work In Progress:

  • All lots have been surveyed and pagged.
  • The first villa is almost complete.
  • All sewerage lines, water, and utility lines have been Installed underground and all manholes have been built.
  • Roadways have been demarcated and cut, and the base partially marled.
  • Landscaping is partial, roadway lined with coconut trees.
  • A 63,000 gallon concrete water tank is commissioned, designed for three days supply at full capacity.
  • Water supply is complete, drawn from the developments own private water supply source under license from the Water Resources Authority 
  • Electrical supply is existent.
  • The approved sewerage system is an anaerobic system, non- mechanical and virtually maintenance free. Effluent will be reused after tertiary treatment for watering verges.
